Our business is solely focused on servicing the financial technology space; in the USA, Latin America and mainland Europe.  Our clients are global fintech vendors, technology start-ups and private equity firms who are positively disrupting the financial markets through their innovative use of technology.

Functionally, our expertise is within Sales and Professional Services; we focus on hires at director-level and above such as: country or regional heads of business, senior or heads of sales, and senior or heads of professional services.

FinTech is a broadly-used term; at Westbourne Partners we predominantly work with clients who are focused on delivering solutions to the following markets: Capital Markets, Risk Management, Investment Management, Blockchain, Payments, Lending, RegTech and Insurance Tech.


With experience of operating financial technology recruitment businesses over 3 different continents, for over 10 years, we bring a unique view of looking at Human Capital. We offer a consultative service, to assist our clients in developing the most effective strategies for hiring and retaining talent.
